In this operation meagerly armed Freedom Fighters (মুক্তি বাহিনী) with minimum arms training pledged their lives under the commandership of Col. Abu Taher. It was November 14, 1971: Taher's 33rd birthday, in this war he lost one of limbs as a birthday gift to himself and all the aspiring people fighting for their freedom. This is a documentary film, produced many many years after the liberation of Bangladesh and murder of Taher under stringent conditions of red-tape and red-eyes threat from various agencies and individuals. This movie is now being released for public viewing to commemorate Col Abu Taher Bir Uttom’s 84th Birth Anniversary in 2022.
